Set clear and specific financial goals. When you use actual dates and numbers, the goal is less vague for you to accomplish. How much do you wish to earn? How much would you like to save, and by when? What amount of debt do you wish to pay off?
Stop yourself from perpetuating a negative cycle through unhealthy money thoughts and beliefs. If you keep thinking that you'll never manage your money well, or that you'll never earn enough, you are preventing yourself from finding a constructive solution. Switch to a more positive mindset to make things happen.
Stay fit and active. A study showed that more exercise is related to higher pay, as you tend to become more productive after working out. The discipline and habits involved with a regular exercise routine are good qualities for money management as well.
